It can also be eaten raw as it does not have an overpowering garlic flavor. It was first collected in 1985 in Georgia.

Culinary garlic bulbs are 1.75-2 inches in diameter.

Large garlic bulbs are 2-2.25 inches in diameter.

Both culinary and large garlic bulbs can be used for any type of cooking. Large bulbs are better for roasting, and are big enough for planting.
