Hello,
We are a small garlic farm, located in Central IL. We started the farm in 2021 with the goal of providing high quality organic garlic. We have learned quite a lot the past year about growing garlic and how to do so best. We love experimenting and trying new ways to make our crop the best it can possibly be. It is loads of work, but with the help of family and friends, we have been able to continually produce better garlic each year.
We are not officially organic yet, but we do not use herbicides or pesticides on our fields.
