Basil Garlic Aioli Recipe

This is one of our favorite recipes. It is a great dip, salad dressing, and sauce for anything! If you want to make a vegan version of this recipe, just leave out the eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 Egg yokes
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

  • Place basil, garlic, yolks (optional), lemon juice, and salt in food processor. Pulse to combine.
  • Turn on, and slowly pour olive oil mixed with the vegetable oil. Process until combined. Serve immediately or store in fridge.
