Georgian Fire is a hardneck variety of garlic. It is one of the hottest porcelain varieties. Its flavor makes it a great addition to salsas. It has about 4-6 large cloves per bulb. Because of the size of the cloves, they are very easy to peel. 

Culinary garlic bulbs are 1.75-2 inches in diameter.

Large garlic bulbs are 2-2.25 inches in diameter.

Both culinary and large garlic bulbs can be used for any type of cooking. Large bulbs are better for roasting, and are big enough for planting.
